When are MPorium's store hours?
What forms of payment are accepted? We currently accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay. Marist Money is available for in-store purchases. We do not accept Thrifty Cash.
How does Buy Online, Pickup In Store work? At checkout, you will be prompted to choose “ship” or “pickup,” select “pickup.” Once you are notified via email that your order has been fulfilled, come visit our store and let a team member know you're picking up an online order. If someone is picking up on your behalf, please email Marist.MPorium@marist.edu in advance.
What is the return policy? All returns and exchanges must be made at our location in Steel Plant Studios. New, unworn, and unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with receipt.
Can I try on in-store? At this time, our fitting room is closed.
I was shipped the wrong item, what do I do? We are so sorry for the inconvenience! Please email Marist.MPorium@marist.edu with your order number and we will be happy to send you a return label and your original product.
Where can I enter a promotional code? During checkout, enter a gift card or discount code in the text box at the top right and click "Apply."
Can I purchase a gift card online? Yes! An MPorium at Marist gift card is the perfect gift!
