All returns and exchanges must be made at MPorium at Marist located in the Steel Plant Studios at 11 Beck Place, Poughkeepsie, NY. New, unworn, and unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with receipt. Orders under $100 will incur a $5 shipping fee, and orders over $100 will incur a $10 shipping fee. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Please email us at Marist.MPorium@marist.edu if you have any specific questions.  

For our Buy Online Pick Up In Store option, simply choose "pick-up" during checkout and come visit us in the Steel Plant when you are notified via email that your order is ready. Upon pickup, we ask that you provide a valid photo ID or the confirmation email for your order. If someone is picking up on your behalf, please email Marist.MPorium@marist.edu in advance.
